So you can actually see the apple farm store from the 15 freeway…. I’ve passed it often on my trips from California to Ogden. I’ll have to stop the next time I’m passing through.
The town government should not allow the housing developers to build houses on less than one acre of land; houses that are built close to one another don’t look attractive and there’s no privacy. Houses built on small subdivisions are built quickly and the quality of the homes are compromised because the construction companies want to make a quick profit .
I know it's more profitable, but buying a home with less than an acre doesn't have to look bad if they reduced the square footage. Everything is 2400+ these days.
